Autumn brings out South Tyrol‘s romantic side: Colourful trees, leafy trails rustling under the shoes, warm sunbeams and breathtaking views of the Dolomites.

From the Villanderer Berg you can enjoy a clear view of the Sarntal valley or the magical silence at the Toten See. Rittner Horn, as well as Latzfonser Kreuz or Kassiansspitze can be reached from the Villanderer Alm via a longer hike. Explore the many quiet spots and trails on the Villanderer Alm. Walk from Ansitz Castle Gravetsch to the small miners' chapel St. Anna in Villanders or hike along the Kastanienweg and enjoy a glass of "new" wine, roasted chestnuts and other Törggele specialties at a Törggele farm. After a short time you will reach the village of Villanders via a forest and meadow path.
